Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patron," "User," or "you") and Drifted Fest LLC ("Drifted Fest," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of driftedfest.com, all associated digital interfaces, presale reservation portals, and your attendance at Drifted Fest 2026 at Strauss Square at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, Texas.

By accessing this website, submitting personal details for presale access, or participating in the festival sweepstakes, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

18+ Admission & Mandatory Photo ID Policy

Drifted Fest enforces an uncompromising age and safety standard:

• Strict 18+ Admittance: You must be 18 years of age or older on or before October 31, 2026, to enter the festival grounds. No exceptions or parental escorts are permitted.
• 21+ Alcohol Policy: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages inside Strauss Square or access VIP bar lounges. A verified 21+ wristband will be issued upon physical ID inspection.
• Acceptable Forms of Identification: A physical, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Valid U.S. State Driver’s License, State Identification Card, U.S. or Foreign Passport, or U.S. Military ID) is strictly mandatory at the entrance gates. Digital photos, photocopies, or temporary paper IDs are not accepted.

Priority Presale Registration & Ticketing Windows

Registration for the priority presale queue does not constitute a guaranteed ticket purchase:

• Queue Priority: Presale registration grants the applicant priority electronic notification and early access credentials before general public on-sale windows. Pass allocations in each tier (Early Bird GA, Priority GA, VIP Terrace, Backstage Table) are limited and sold strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Anti-Scalping & Bot Measures: Automated bot reservations, duplicate bulk submissions, and speculative resale listings are strictly prohibited. Drifted Fest LLC reserves the right to cancel without notice any registrations generated via unauthorized automation.

Official Rules: Drifted 2026 Backstage Upgrade Sweepstakes

The Drifted Fest 2026 Backstage VIP Upgrade Raffle ("Sweepstakes") is governed by these official rules:

• Sponsor: Drifted Fest LLC, Strauss Square, 2403 Flora St, Dallas, TX 75201.
• Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Drifted Fest LLC or Techno का House are not eligible.
• Entry Period: Entries open upon launch of the presale registration campaign and close at 11:59 PM CST on October 20, 2026.
• How to Enter (Online Method): Complete the official presale registration form at driftedfest.com/register or on the homepage by submitting a valid name, email address, and mobile phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
• Alternative Method of Entry (Free AMOE / Mail-In): To enter without registering online or providing a phone number, hand-print your full name, complete postal address, telephone number, and date of birth on a standard 3x5 index card and mail in a stamped envelope to: Drifted Fest 2026 Sweepstakes AMOE, 2403 Flora St, Dallas, TX 75201. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 15, 2026.
• Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) Backstage VIP Upgrade wristbands for Drifted Fest 2026 (Total ARV: $350 USD). Wristbands grant upgraded access to the Backstage Lounge and artist viewing platform. General admission festival tickets must be held or acquired separately. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitutions are permitted.
• Winner Selection & Odds: Winner will be selected via random electronic drawing on or about October 22, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified via email and SMS at the contact information provided during registration. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within seventy-two (72) hours of notification; failure to do so results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Ticketing Terms, Rain or Shine & Refund Policy

All ticket sales, once executed through official ticketing partners, are governed by the following terms:

• All Sales Final: Except as expressly mandated by Texas state consumer protection statutes or in the event of total festival cancellation without rescheduled date, all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Rain or Shine Event: Drifted Fest is an open-air festival taking place rain or shine. Inclement weather conditions that do not present a severe safety hazard as determined by Dallas municipal authorities will not warrant refunds.
• Roster & Timetable Changes: The artist lineup, performance stages, and scheduled set times are subject to change without prior notice. Artist cancellations or schedule modifications do not entitle ticket holders to partial or full refunds.

Festival Ground Rules, Code of Conduct & Security

To safeguard our community, all patrons entering Strauss Square agree to comply with venue ground rules:

• Security Screening: All persons and property are subject to search upon entry. Metal detectors, wand screenings, and bag checks will be conducted by licensed security personnel.
• Zero Tolerance for Illicit Substances: Drifted Fest maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illicit narcotics, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia. Violators will be ejected immediately and referred to law enforcement.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind, fireworks, outside alcoholic beverages, glass containers, professional camera rigs with detachable lenses without press credentials, audio recording equipment, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited.
• Community Respect: Harassment, discriminatory conduct, non-consensual physical contact, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate ejection from the festival without refund.

Audio Sound Levels & Visual Strobe Lighting Notice

Attendees are explicitly advised that Drifted Fest features high-output concert line-array sound systems, continuous high-decibel acoustic energy, multi-color laser banks, intense strobe lighting, and theatrical atmospheric haze.

• Hearing Protection: Prolonged exposure to high sound pressure levels may cause permanent hearing impairment. Attendees are strongly encouraged to utilize certified high-fidelity hearing protection (earplugs are available at festival medical stations).
• Photosensitivity Warning: Individuals with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or photosensitivity should exercise caution as intense flashing lighting and laser arrays will be active across all 3 stages.

Intellectual Property & Media Release

All trademarks, emblems, logos, sound recordings, and audiovisual designs featured on driftedfest.com and at Strauss Square are the exclusive property of Drifted Fest LLC and Techno का House.

Crowd Photography & Filming Release: By entering Drifted Fest grounds, you grant Drifted Fest LLC and its authorized production partners the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to photograph, film, and record your image, voice, and likeness for use in promotional broadcasts, festival aftermovies, and commercial archival productions without compensation.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to attending an open-air electronic music festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, including risks of personal injury, illness, heat exposure, lost property, or damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Drifted Fest LLC, the AT&T Performing Arts Center, Strauss Square, Techno का House, and their respective officers, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your attendance or use of this website.

Governing Law, Venue & Class Action Waiver

These Terms and all claims arising out of festival operations or website usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration in Dallas County, Texas. You and Drifted Fest LLC expressly agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
